When making a trip enquiry, you will be requested to provide personal information such as your first and surname; contact email address; and contact phone number; as well as details of your intended trip, dates, location, and trip aims, which do not identify you individually. The personal information collected is stored and used solely for the purpose of planning and organising a wellness holiday which meets your needs and requirements.
When you make a booking.
When you confirm an itinerary with us, we collect information necessary to confirm all requested arrangements. These include travel schedules, and trip details, seating preferences, accommodation, as well as personal information – such as full names, dates of birth and passport details – for all parties travelling.
We also request payment details however these are never stored nor shared.
When you send communications to us.
We may keep those communications on file in order to process your enquiries; respond to your requests; and to improve our website and our service.
HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS USED
We only share your personal information with other companies or individuals where strictly necessary due to the nature of a holiday booking business. For instance, when booking your itinerary, we will need to provide basic personal information in order that our suppliers are able to identify you and your reservations for transfers, hotels, wellness packages, spa and wellness treatments, activities, and excursions. Details of your travel booking may be stored on the reservation systems within your country or to other countries to which you are traveling.
